To his naturalization was a subject of Wilhelmina Queen of Netherlands having applied to be admitted a citizen of the United States of America pursuant to fair and at special term of the supreme court of suffold county N.Y. held at Patchoque on the 12th day of June in the year of our lord nineteen hundred and fifteen the court having found that the petitioner had resided continuously within the United States for at least five years and his state for at least one year immediately preceding the date of filing of his petition and that said petitioner intends to reside permantly in the United states had in all respect complied with the court in relation thereto and that he was entitled to be so admitted it was therefore
